Sheana has been with Mercaptor since it was founded in 2017. She has been instrumental in creating processes and structure for the Laboratory and the Organization as a whole. Sheana has spent the last four years in the Laboratory at the bench conducting experiments, serving as the Health and Safety Officer, avidly participating in community outreach initiatives, grant writing, vendor management, procurement, accounts payable, and most recently serving as Operations Manager. Sheana holds a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Dominican University of California.
